Acceptance and who we are

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of the SenderWorx website at senderworx.com (the “Site”), operated by IdeasJam LLC (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you are accepting on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. These Terms form a binding agreement between you and us; please read them carefully.

About the Site

SenderWorx is the house brand for a suite of focused email deliverability tools. This Site is an informational brand and content website: it provides articles, product information, and an email newsletter you can subscribe to. The Site itself is free to browse, does not require an account, and does not sell anything. Any individual product offered under the SenderWorx brand is provided separately and may be governed by its own terms; those product terms, where they exist, apply to that product in addition to these Terms.

Use of the Site

You may use the Site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:

• Use the Site in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or its supporting systems.
• Scrape, crawl, or otherwise extract content in bulk without our prior written permission.

We use confirmed (double) opt-in: you confirm your address by email before you are added, and every message we send includes a one-click unsubscribe link. You may unsubscribe at any time. All content on this Site, including text, logos, graphics, and code, is owned by or licensed to IdeasJam LLC. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to view and use the Site for your own personal, non-commercial purposes.
