Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 27, 2026
This is an initial version of our Privacy Policy and may be updated as the site and its features develop.
Who we are and scope
SenderWorx (senderworx.com) is a brand and content website operated by IdeasJam LLC (“we”, “us”, or “our”). This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect when you visit the Site or subscribe to our email newsletter, how we use it, who we share it with, and your rights. The Site has no user accounts and no sign-in. There is no paid product on this Site.
Information we collect
We collect only what we need to run this Site:
Newsletter information
When you subscribe, we collect your email address and, if you choose to provide it, your first name. That is all we ask for.
Analytics and usage data
We use a privacy-friendly analytics tool to measure page views and general traffic trends. Depending on your cookie choice (see below), this is collected either with a single analytics cookie or with a cookieless method that sets no cookies and is fully anonymous. We do not build advertising profiles and do not track you across other websites.
Technical data
Our hosting provider and content delivery network process standard technical information, such as your Internet Protocol (IP) address and basic request details, in order to deliver the Site reliably and securely. This is standard server and network operation.
Cookies and consent
We show a cookie banner so you can choose whether to allow the analytics cookie. If you decline, or before you choose, we use the cookieless, anonymous method instead. Your choice is remembered on your device, and you can change it at any time using the cookie preferences control in the Site footer. We do not use third-party advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
How we use your information
We use the information we collect to:
- Send you the newsletter updates you asked for, such as build-in-public progress, product launches, and occasional useful content about email deliverability.
- Measure general traffic so we can understand which pages are useful and improve the Site.
- Operate, maintain, and secure the Site, and prevent abuse.
- Respond to your questions and requests.
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with advertisers.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information or share it for advertising. To run the Site we rely on a small number of reputable service providers (“sub-processors”), each bound to handle data only as directed:
- DigitalOcean- Hosting. The Site is hosted on DigitalOcean’s App Platform in a United States region.
- Cloudflare - Content delivery and security. Cloudflare serves the Site quickly and helps protect it against abuse.
- ActiveCampaign - Email newsletter. ActiveCampaign stores your subscription details and delivers the newsletter emails on our behalf.
- DataFast - Privacy-friendly analytics. DataFast measures page views and traffic without tracking you across other sites.
We may also disclose information if required by law, court order, or governmental authority, or if we believe disclosure is necessary to protect our rights or the safety of others.
Data retention
We keep your email address on our newsletter list for as long as you remain subscribed. When you unsubscribe, your address is removed from the active list. If you would like us to delete your information entirely from our records and our email provider’s system, contact us at the address below and we will do so promptly. Analytics data is aggregated and anonymous, contains no personal information, and is retained to track long-term Site trends.
Security
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. All traffic to and from the Site is encrypted using Hypertext Transfer Protocol Secure (HTTPS) over Transport Layer Security (TLS). We rely on reputable providers (described above) whose infrastructure is based in the United States. No system is perfectly secure; if you discover a security issue, please contact us at [email protected].
Your rights
You have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you.
- Correct inaccurate or incomplete information.
- Delete your information; in practice, this means your newsletter email address.
To exercise any of these rights, email us at [email protected] and we will respond within a reasonable time. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local privacy law, and we will honor requests that applicable law requires.
Children
This Site is not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
United States data storage
Our infrastructure and service providers are based in the United States. If you access the Site from outside the United States, please be aware that your information will be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States. By using the Site, you consent to this transfer.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Site after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
